Members are hereby informed that the Exchange has received an application dated 3^rd November,2016 from M/s. BSAS Securities Limited (Code No.03/1065) (SEBI Regn.No. INZ000018135) stating that the company wishes to appoint Sri Bikash Sureka as Whole time/Designated Director in place of Sri Subrata Haldar, without change in control. Claims are being invited from the members against M/s. BSAS Securities Limited. If any member has any claim, the same should be filed at the office of the undersigned by 13^th December, 2016.
