Revision of Listing Fees Structure
The
Calcutta Stock Exchange Ltd. has decided to revise the annual listing
fees, payable by the companies which are listed with other Stock Exchanges,
e.g. NSE/BSE/MSEI w.e.f. the F.Y. 2016-2017 which is as under:

Companies with paid-up capital of
more than Rs. 75 Crores will pay additional listing fees of Rs. 1,500/- for
every increase of Rs. 5 Crores or part thereof in the paid-up share.
There is only a marginal increase in the annual listing fees &
all listed companies are advised to note the above and comply
accordingly.
