Members are hereby informed that the aforesaid company has submitted fresh certificate of incorporation dated 7^th May 2018 received from the Registrar of Companies, Gwalior changing the name of the Company from “SYNERGY BIZCON LIMITED to PANTH INFINITY LIMITED.”

Accordingly, the name of the Company will be changed with immediate effect.
