Members are hereby informed that the aforesaid company has submitted fresh certificate of incorporation dated 16^th March 2017 received from the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai changing the name of the Company from “SHIVKRUPA MACHINERIES AND ENGINEERING SERVICES LIMITED to PRITIKA AUTO INDUSTRIES LIMITED”.

Accordingly, the name of the Company will be changed with immediate effect.
