Sub: Shri Jhabar Mall Choudhary, Proprietor of M/s. J. M. Choudhary has applied to the Exchange for Surrender of SEBI Registration Certificate No. INB030076116, Clearing Code No. – 0050.

Members are hereby informed that an application has been received from Shri Jhabar Mall Choudhary, Proprietor of M/s. J. M. Choudhary for surrender of SEBI Registration Certificate No. INB030076116.

Accordingly, claims are being invited from the members of the Exchange before forwarding the same to SEBI for its cancellation. If any member has any claim against the aforesaid member, the same may positively be filled at the office of the undersigned by 20.02.2019. If no claim is received within 20.02.2019, steps will be taken to process the request of the aforesaid member for surrender of said SEBI Registration.
